Transcription

The recording becomes text you can search, quote and defend.

Upload the audio and get back a transcript separated by speaker, in the language the conversation was actually in. Tell it how many speakers to expect and it holds the labels steady. Card numbers and identifiers are masked the moment the text exists — before it is stored, before it is scored, before it reaches a browser.

What you get

Speaker separation that holds

Agent and customer stay separated for the length of the call, including over talk-over and hold music. Say how many voices are on the line and the labels stop drifting halfway through.

The language it was spoken in

Transcribe and score conversations in the language they happened in, including mixed-language calls, without routing them to a different tool.

Stereo channels when you have them

Where the recording keeps agent and customer on separate channels, that separation is used directly — the most reliable speaker labelling there is.

Masked before it is stored

Card numbers, IBANs, CVV and PIN, e-mail addresses and phone numbers are removed by a deterministic rule set that runs on our own servers. It cannot be undone: the untouched text is never stored, so a masked card number is gone rather than hidden behind a permission.

How it works

1

Bring the audio

Upload one file, or a batch, in any common recording format. Or let your dialer push them in through the API.

2

Set the expectations

Number of speakers and the language, if you know them. Both are optional and both improve the result.

3

Read, search, quote

The transcript sits next to the scorecard while you evaluate, and every point you make can cite it.

Questions people ask about this

Quality matters more than anything else here. Low-bitrate mono recordings with heavy compression transcribe noticeably worse than clean stereo ones, and we will tell you that before you buy rather than after. Send us twenty real files and we will show you exactly what your audio produces.

Long calls are handled. Very long recordings take proportionally longer to process, and you will see progress rather than a spinner that never resolves.

They skip this step entirely — the text is already text. Paste it, or push it in through the API, and it goes straight to scoring, in the same scorecard as your calls, with the same masking applied.

Structured data, and it is checked rather than guessed: card numbers are validated with the Luhn algorithm, IBANs with the mod-97 check, and there are rules for CVV and PIN, e-mail addresses, phone numbers and long reference codes. What it does not catch is a name or a street address in ordinary prose — nothing in the shape of 'I live by the bakery on the corner' marks it out. Masking is irreversible, so the trade is worth stating plainly: if a rule catches something it should not have, that text is not recoverable by us or by you, and the conversation has to be re-uploaded. Tell us and we fix the rule. We would rather carry that cost than keep a copy of every card number your customers read out.

Send us a handful of recordings and your current scorecard. We will score them, show you the result next to what your team scored, and tell you honestly what you would and would not gain.

No automated demo. A real conversation, usually within one business day.
